Durable 0.6mm Chromadek Signage

Chromadek is an epoxy-coated galvanised steel material commonly used for indoor and outdoor signage. The rigid metal sheet provides a more permanent and professional appearance than temporary board materials while remaining suitable for custom cutting and branding.

The 0.6mm sheet is intended to be installed flat against a suitable wall, fence or supporting surface. Correct fixing around the perimeter helps keep the panel secure and reduces movement, flexing and vibration.

Wall and Fence Mounting

This product is supplied as a flat Chromadek sheet sign without a structural frame. It can be fixed against a suitable wall, fence or rigid supporting surface using screws, rivets, washers or other hardware appropriate for the installation surface.

The number and position of fixing points should be selected according to the sign size, wall construction, wind exposure and installation location. Larger sheets require more fixing points than small signs to help prevent flexing and movement.

Installation hardware and on-site installation are not included unless specifically stated in your quotation.

Artwork Requirements

Please upload high-resolution, print-ready artwork at the correct proportions. Vector files such as PDF, AI, EPS or SVG are recommended for logos and detailed lettering. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be suitable where supplied at the correct size and resolution.

Packaging and Delivery

Smaller Chromadeck wall signs are packed flat with rigid front and rear protection. Larger signs may be carefully rolled for safer and more practical courier transport, reducing the risk of the sheet being bent or damaged as an oversized flat parcel.

The printed surface is protected before rolling, and the sign is wrapped with cushioning and reinforced outer packaging. Once received, the sign should be carefully unrolled and laid flat before installation.

We use The Courier Guy for deliveries throughout South Africa. Delivery charges are calculated according to the packed dimensions, weight and destination.
