Free Design Terms and Conditions

By selecting the Free Design Service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Design Scope

• The free design service allows you to use the same template as displayed in the product image.
• Minor variations in color, shading, or font rendering may occur due to screen differences or printing processes.
• The layout, images, and overall design structure cannot be modified.

2. Text Customization

• Only certain text fields (e.g., names, dates, short messages) can be edited.
• Any requests to change non-editable text will require a paid custom design service.

3. Custom Design Requests

• If you require changes to images, layout, or additional design elements, you must purchase our Custom Design Service for an additional fee.

4. File Uploads

• If you choose to upload your own design, you are responsible for ensuring:
  • Correct file format (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPEG)
  • Exact sizing (dimensions must match the product requirements)
  • High-resolution (300 DPI) for print quality
  • Proper alignment and bleed settings (if applicable)
• We are not responsible for design errors, incorrect sizing, or print issues in customer-uploaded files.

5. Approval & Revisions

• Free Design Templates: Since the design follows the exact product template, no digital proof will be provided. The final product will match the advertised template with only the approved text changes.
• Custom Paid Designs: A digital proof will be provided for approval before production.
• One round of minor text corrections is allowed under the free design service.
• Additional revisions or redesigns will incur a fee.

6. Production & Refunds

• Once approved (for custom designs) or submitted (for free template designs), the order will proceed to production.
• No refunds will be issued for design-related errors after approval or due to incorrect customer-provided files.
